Yes. Payments aren't refundable. But there'll be no bonus payment (think was around US$4-6M from memory) that was payable upon certain sales hurdles being met.
Basically they've lost their distribution. But the science shows it works. The APVMA approval is now theirs. The human trials are underway. And it's trading at or around it's issue price from what, 4 years ago?
Not a lot has gone right for shareholders in the last 12 months, but I can't help but think it's certainly worth more than it's issue price when NONE of these things were either completed or even contemplated.
Plus they have about $6M in cash (I think).
Us shareholders will be in this for a while if we're to see a recovery.
