I have not been happy with the delay in starting the project, but this may not have fully been all TON fault with now i am receiving a lot of feeds about the changing attitude of the local government in the last 12 months to a more friendly government for foreign mining Companys with reducing the Royality from 20% Gold companies still having issues with the 60/40 ratio of having to buy forty % local currency compared to keeping the gold ore at 100% USA currency
