Most recent announcement was both warm & fussy but also a formality.

Still a box ticked but nothing for the sp to hang its hat on, just enough to attract some fresh blood before the day traders pull the trigger & reload as seen today.

I can't help but feel that someone still wants to keep this sp as low as possible .

I'm of the opinion it's probably more to do with getting the shares at the right price come cr associated with financing terms than a t/o. Unless of course NH jv gives us a significant cash injection.

Post financing terms & possible cr I think everyone holding will be happy to let the sp run.
