perhaps that is part of the problem. What breeds complacency ?
If it was 200k ? and looking to get the job done, and investing significantly own coin into the stock on market - creates a different vigilance to protect share holder value. WGX would have been outed like a fox terrier snapping a rats neck.
Back to 700k, was that with a lobster luncheon the WGX deal was hatched ? Only speculating.

How did 700k get voted in? Are the monkeys who voted for it still holding?
Anyway, get on with it - and deliver NH sale, and you earn it.
