I'm assuming he will send one of the three rigs from VC7 West to drill the other anomalies sequentially, starting with the mystery new one.
I wouldn't draw any conclusions about VC18. I would prefer to think the new one has been found and looks even better than 18 and 23.
They will clarify all this in an announcement pretty soon, I reckon.
