I am completing my voting form , intending to vote against the Transaction and subsequent Take over, however the explanatory Booklet and various voting /proxy forms are so manipulative and directed towards acceptance of the Transaction that I am sure many shareholders will be inadvertently directed to a vote not representing their wishes.
One is left with the opinion that shareholders are being coerced, and the whole process is one of manipulation.
