    We can't just vote against the SOA because Tony Rovira made it clear they have the numbers. 90% of holders to be specific.

    So even if the SOA fails it defaults into compulsory takeover and they have the numbers for that.

    Even without these realities you cannot just assume that AZS will remain a publicly listed company in the ASX.

    This is because listing requirements are that the stock trading on the ASX is liquid. With only less than 10% in retail hands, and most of us wanting to be LT holds, or selling to reach 12 months threshold for the lesser capital gains tax, you would be hard pressed to satisfy that for any length of time.

    This is why I keep saying we must do a legal challenge.

    This will be based on the artificiality of the Li price and the scope of the relevant area and the assumptions being made. And on the independent expert not being much of an Li expert.

    Even if they do an upgrade on the offer amount it won't satisfy me. Not with the colossal upside. Of course much of the resource is deep but with pegmatite Li price going to the stratosphere in the next 2 years, this won't be an issue. IMO.
    Clearly SQM and Gina think the same.
