You mean that with big companies it is hard to see the wood from the trees and so TA gives some kind of woolly indication which is better than nothing, whereas small companies respond to news as it is released and so at best TA can show when the news has leaked (possibly like Creasy did not take up any new shares in the latest issue)?
Please note that I have no information to say whether any traders knew or did not know about the Creasy disclosure in advance - I give that as a near term example of news that had potential to impact the market, that is all.
