I think JV is more likely because all the Anns and presos and interviews point to the 2 stage process to go into production.

Of course there's always the chance of an offer too good to refuse then keystone investors like Mark Creasy will decide.

It's Creasy's tenement in the beginning then sold to AZS with his retaining rights so it's guesswork.

Either way it can't hurt the SP medium to long term. Short term it's a question of the market catching up and as you say, runs on the board with Ridgeline as one key prospect.

The other is gold at Barton. Hardly anyone mentions it, except @aposteriori and a few others, but it's ticking away in the background, and if that's a sale a rerate of AZS on the back of the other developments.
