Remember these are the dud grads that are employed to make comments and free up shares, same as the dud grads making up company valuations to support cheaper buying. You see it all the time, company x releases their fair value valuation way below par, Company X then shows up being a substantial shareholder.
The thing is with dud grads, the can be dumped at any point by the company should it become controversial citing grounds that they released information without following company policy. So it does not surprise me that they cannot stick to a story. Some of them are commenting on so many stocks they forget what story they are trying to sell.
