Simple, push down the price so retail panic not wanting to lose everything because many are reading non-holding comments like “Sell now while you can, hurry hurry.” (Exaggeration I know but fk me it is obvious). Then after lots of retail sells millions of shares, they are ‘accumulated for low prices’.
