I'm not prescribing to a lot of the finger pointing about down ramping/up ramping as I think if anything it's just a lagging indicator to what we already assume is happening with accumulation. Or it could just be as simple as the market doesn't like it and traders are taking advantage of that. Don't know. Either way I think the HC forum is not as influential as it thinks.
