agree, it's important to talk about the red flags, but can you please name them so they can be discussed. Saying there are red flags without actually being specific doesn't bring your point across. I'm happy to discuss the pros and cons but they must be done in detail. Everyone knows that there is a chance that the drill results comeback not meeting expectations but from recent announceents from the company, can you explain where you see red flags?
