where did you get the insight that TEPP would be resolved by October ? I hope you are right as we have lost over a year with this legal process and I cannot understand why the FPP is so determined to hold up progress on our 0-0-0 phosphate project that would bring significant economic benefits to the region together with the copper drilling results we should be in for a re-rate and if we can get the LI awarded prior to the court outcome then I would feel more comfortable
