Yep. Korab/Aust Copper surrendered the lease before the hearing. Once surrendered, the tenement is dead and all action ceases. The Warden xannot hear the case on a dead tenement.
Kessel is correct, they were going to lose or in my teams opinion they didn't want to risk losing and the evidence of the case showing no work done is published.
