    I think the staff costs are around 313K. The reality is everyone needs to get paid whether we like it or not. Lets not get hinged on things out our control because at the moment JH is the only one who can deliver to SH.

    I am going to try and keep the "JH emotion" out of this to hopefully see some good news flowing through this year.
