I think it is very important for all MEP shareholders to accept the ADN offer, I have. Besides being a great deal, consider what happens to those who don't. As I see it there are 3 possible outcomes:

1. ADN gets less than 50%, MEP shares fall back to pre-announcement levels and those who did not accept are faced with a capital raise to meet their obligations to Great White.
2. ADN gets more than 50%, remaining MEP shareholders face the CR and life as a minority share holder - I doubt they'll be a better deal..
3. ADN gets more than 90% and compulsorily acquires all MEP shares, the best outcome.
