Congratulations to all who have predicted and called for this transaction .
I thought that the two BOD's would find it too hard to negotiate the deal through but happily I was wrong !

Good result for both parties and should unlock value and streamline developments in Andromeda without a JV partner .
The management and BOD's keep their jobs , cash out their options ( well deserved payday imo ) and can focus the new MEP on what they do best .
I am not sure what the tax status of the received ADN shares will be but I suspect they will get a ruling from the ATO to give us a guide .

E that was an exceptionally accurate prediction .

Looks like a done deal to me .

So lets see how it will trade .
