I Agree skin.

I feel like the 1 for 20 is meaningless, and they are just using this opportunity to consolidate the number of shares.

What's the EV currently is the big question? $5M? $8M? I guess we will find out soon.

I personally hope they value us at $10M, so shares are around the 40c mark and existing holders retain a larger share of the company at IPO.
Will the market bare that? Maybe not with current assets.
