somewhat surprised that MEP BOD didn’t outline the new company “Breakaway” value …… other transactions i have seen do, so then SHs can make considerate decisions.

so that leaves me to ponder…… is there news to come regarding MEP’s copper & gold projects prior to 20 Jan. News that may increase the value?

I find the selling today very shortsighted …… but I suppose we all have the opportunity to do research etc.
