Do you have some inside info there ch. Are you indicating you think a $20 mill raising. That still "only" equates to around 14 million shares at around $1.50. If they did a spp we'd probably get about three each??
I'm pretty new to these things but why keep drilling holes when you know the stuff is there. Why not raise 50-60 mil to build a mine and get into it- fund further exploration from the income. I guess they need jorc aporoved resource estimates to get instos to stump up larger sums but wonder how much us peasants would take if given the chance. Maybe they're victims of their own success in having only 55 mil shares on issue- small fan base to raise large amount from existing holders
