Sorry but can you elaborate?
Despite the recent fall in IO price the current price is still very healthy and it would have to fall a lot further to become uneconomical for MGU to actually dig it up (although exact figures are not known).
Current IO prices and volatility thereof should be no reason not to go ahead at this stage.
So I am not sure why this is being pushed further forward.
