Big vote of confidence by Anglo in the Prieska Project. Redemption date of the Prefs were to be the earlier of 7 years after the issuedate (issue date was Nov 2015) or 4 years after the Mining Right has been issued. Anglo chose to take the early settlement in shares and not in cash - they must like the story. See link below, it gives some info on the fund.
