    If JV goes ahead it will be for exploration only

    Longer term game - Cartesian still owed a small fortune - next payment of $1.7m plus due in around 2-3 weeks


    This JV will not help going concern


    IMO, Threshold price of .005c and maybe lower  very likely after this news
