Just watching from the sidelines. These folks (both Fife and 360) are expert negotiators, so interesting to observe. As for us TIX holders --as I've said earlier, long term benefit of holding a larger entity due to more insto involvement and thereby higher multiple (GOZ, which I also hold, is an example of that effect, I think). But no real plus or negative for us in the short run.
