Not an expert in any way but light can penetrate the body, just put your finger over the end of a torchlight for example. A Pulse Oximeter they put on your finger in hospital works via lights absorption in your blood.
Question I have is not that can light get into the internal organs and activate the IVX-P02 but how powerful does the light have to be and will that cause damage though heat maybe? What intensity is needed to penetrate into internal organs? More intensity more heat.
Making it more complicated each tissue type has different absorption characteristics at different wave lengths. Leave it to the experts on that one
Its not like X-ray. Both are members of the electromagnetic spectrum but interact with the body in very different ways. X-Ray used in imaging like CT is high energy around 80-140kV and mostly passes straight through you with low absorption but enough to allow imaging and occasionally disruptive, causing cancer. Visible light and NIR are low energy and get absorbed completely.
