successful trials is the only thing that will shift this significantly. The upcoming ovarian cancer animal trial is very important as most often humans respond in the same way as rats and mice to treatments. Positive results will likely mean approval for human trials. Negative result probably means back to the lab.
Ultimately successful human trials is the key.
