I think the main problem with the exchange is not that they use ethereum to exchange or hold as a (commodity to be exchanged as a currency , but rather the fact that they issued and gave some of the shareholders in The Sandbox deal on 5-23-2019 Sand Tokens in exchange for Fiat Dollars invested!
Persnally, The Company’s few crypto transactions have been with sophisticated Investors and to my knowledge not raising funds from the general public in the form of an Initial Coin Offering!
For me, that’s the part that’s really hard to believe it could be such a problem to create this suspension and now potentially a delisting!
If the Company offered to restructure this Sandbox Deal and not issue The Sand Tokens in exchange for the Fiat Dollars, I am not sure the exchange would feel appeased or would be enough by this concession!
Just my uneducated opinion and guess here!
I would love the Company to close it’s Quidd, Gamma deal before February 21! I don’t think there is enough time to get the nWay deal closed and would have to be completed on another exchange if this possible delisting were to occur!
I also doubt we will see another Deal until they resolve their current dilemma, not that they need anything else on their plate with the rollout of the three big chess pieces! ( The Sandbox, F1 & Stryker Fantasy Football)
I am really hoping for a full and successful launch of The Sandbox by first half 2020, it’s a really big project!
