The onus of proof is on you. There is literally no CR. There has been no CR announcement this year. I don't have to prove that. It's just the fact of the matter.
The cash on hand is written in the 4E as "Cash at the end of the year $9,233,237"
In the December 4C it states "Cash and cash equivalents at end of quarter (should equal item 4.6 above) $10,979,000"
Everything you have said is false. Stop. You are going to get yourself in trouble.
