You have a point, market cap is a better comparison but those 10 mill performance shares are going to the original vendor are were well known and were well flagged and therefore always included in my fully diluted market cap amounts. We therefore have the same market cap as 30th Jan on a fully diluted basis. There is 45 mill shares on issue of which Only 22,500,000 are currently tradeable. As I posted earlier today at 40c x 45,000,000 = $18,000,000. Whether it’s undervalued, overvalued or fair value is for each investor to decide.
