They'll just build another plant alongside their deposits. This is what has been determined by the Chinese. The cost of a second plant at an existing mine is cheaper than a new plant at a new mine.
Give it a few years and those mines will start to rum low, at which stage they'll need to expand their resource base along strike or down dip. The Chinese will want to know who has the cheapest option and again they'll make everyone do the work for them. It's a similar tactic to how trump operates, he makes everyone do the work for him.
