I'm pretty certain when this enters the next stage Vince will be moved aside and he is fully cognisant of that.
Hence setting something up for his next position moving forward and making way for new blood to take this to a level where he lacks the necessary experience.
Nothing wrong with that.
Ever wondered why he has been bringing the likes of Todd Richardson and Daniel Harris on board?
Most CEO's are threatened by having close associations and board members and key people vastly more experienced than they are just to save their own asses.
Vince obviously isn't.
