Yellow Rock Resources Ltd (Yellow Rock) is pleased to announce the start of key activities at its **anintha Vanadium Project in Western Australia.
Following highly successful drilling results, the Company is accelerating its study program. Key studies have now begun under a number of consulting contracts.
These include;
 AMC (Australian Mining Consultants) in Perth undertaking a Mineral Resource Estimate and a subsequent Mining Study. AMC has considerable expertise and capability in preparing resource estimates and mining studies at scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility levels of accuracy. AMC also has significant and recent vanadium expertise.
 Bureau Veritas Perth Metallurgical Laboratories have been engaged to conduct a beneficiation test work program under the supervision of the Company’s consulting metallurgists, Battery Limits Pty Ltd. Work will include grind optimisation, Davis Tube analysis, WetLIMS and WHIMS analysis as well as density separation test work. Six composite samples of varying mineralised material types have been selected for analysis.


 The Centre for Exploration Targeting at UWA has been selected to conduct petrographic and mineralogical descriptions of the mineralised rocks at **anintha. An experienced igneous petrologist with vanadium experience in similar deposits will lead the process. The results will provide essential information for understanding the nature and distribution of vanadium, iron and titanium at **anintha.

 Details are being finalised for the commencement of baseline environmental surveys as part of the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment), and mining project approval processes. These will initially involve field baseline flora and fauna surveys to be conducted in the spring season (September or October) by Biologic Environmental Pty Ltd.

 Yellow Rock has commenced a detailed analysis of the power supply required for the project. Early planning of a MW scale solar-dieselvanadium battery hybrid power plant for part or all of the project’s requirements is underway.
The key objective is to ensure long-term and stable low power costs for the project lifetime.
