So what have we got?
Initial 5yr contract worth $7 to $17 mill depending on roll out.
Thats around $1.4 to $3.4m extra turnover a yr over initial term.
Then up to or around $45m total over the remaining 3 plus 3 option.
$45m -$17m = $28m
$28m / 3 plus 3 option (6) = $4.67m a yr
--------------------------------------------
The question I have is,
If they only roll out $7-8m in the first 5yrs, are they putting way more pressure on themselves to get to the $45m over 11 yrs as stated.
$45m - $8m = $37m
$37m / 3 plus 3 option (6) = $6.167m a yr
Anyway. This contract win has got my attention. Worth being on peoples watch list now. The above contract however you look at it is a beauty for a company valued at $13 mill (.06c).
Have they turned the corner yet? Good question! But I believe we've found the bottom.
The trickier question looming is can AYG remember how to run...
mm
I have it a hold at the moment. Happy to increase to Light buy if I see more volume.
