epiphany if I could have sold the shares the next day after the buy out I would have - but escrow was 12 months (restraint was only 6 months, boy do I wish it was the opposite way around). By the time 12 months came round the shares were pretty much worth what they are now.

I'm not slagging off the company - just the stupid decisions it makes and the completely pointless announcements to shareholders.

Your last paragraph is what I've done, but when you see the appalling way our old company is run it’s hard not to be annoyed particularly when spin not substance is behind every announcement. I want the company to succeed on substance not on spin.

The easy way to shut me up is with the share price, but it would be hard to see that improving if all we have to annouce is winning another useless award.
