right now he pays 3% interest.
I hope the board demands the full amount back or raise the interest rate to 10% or more. anything below would be a transfer of wealth from ANO to him.
why should the company lend money to him in the first place ? that's what banks are for...
especially after all the mistakes he made and the mess the company is in.
