I would suggest to start with firing all relatives from company positions and stop hiring students for important tasks.
they do not even need anyone in manufacturing for 1-2 years since they overproduced and are sitting on tons of inventory.
I would also like to know what all the employees do during working hours. sales are done by distributors and Geoff is practicing his writing skills, but all others?
