I'm not sure that that perspective is at all relevant to this video seeing as it's on a Chinese website and aimed at a Chinese speaking audience. Seeing as next to nobody over there is going to understand even the slightest bit of what Miss Eastwood is saying, they're more going to be considering other cues i.e. someone in a position of authority endorsing the product, the prominent retail placement in a busy area as evident from background noise and so on.
