Agree with this completely, which is why I mentioned diversification needing to be a priority in my post.
They have entered the USA market in IF, but at a snail's pace, I still don't really understand the ever so cautious approach, but it is in theory a long overdue step towards diversification.
However the biggest low hanging fruit for me is product diversification in the China market, particularly senior nutrition. I just don't understand why it hasn't happened yet.
Neither of these things would offset the China IMF market conditions overnight, even adding in SEA region expansion if that ever happens, but the conjunction of such things would start to put foundations in place for more sustainable, demographically resistant growth IMO.
