LionGold call this a Profit Warning, I would think you need to make a profit to issue a profit warning :)

The LG bidder statements said that they were going to sell around $40mil worth of assets to fund the gold panning.
Could be an issue with these so called "assets".
Interesting to see how the LG sp holds up today.
