This is called over reaction.
It appears many posters want to have it both ways:
Either you guys like SBL for the projects, in which case a downgrade from LG means nothing, or
You like it for the take over arb.
In either event nothing has changed.
LG is trading flat today, and SBL still own the same projects.
To all the sellers this morning, I appreciate the shares you sent my way.
