"The main problem was their plant couldn't process the ore fast enough" - yeah there was definitely something funny going on with that plant that was never explained in any announcement. There were some quarters where the tonnes per hour rate was ~30-35t from memory. That plant can handle 100tph and they processed all the tonnes received. I remember BOK had it up around 60tph in 2015.
Maybe they couldn't mine/haul fast enough, but they definitely were not mill-constrained.
