How can it not own any Plant and Equipment?
What the heck are those modules at Amsterdam?
Weren't they supposed to make more for all the other sites?
And that one?

What were they doing then?

Where did all the Welders and other gear go that made the Modules for Amsterdam?

Also saying they own no real property?

What about the Amsterdam site?
What about the Indiana site?

What about their houses?
Bought with money made by misleading shareholders and the ASX?

Why should any of the employees be entitled to any money?
It was trading while insolvent,
And the lies of funding,
As well as lying to the ASX saying it was able to continue as a going concern.
It was an act of fraud if not various acts,
that allowed them to continue to take wages.

Pretty sure their announcements state they purchased various sites?
Or was that all lies too?

I think they are being misleading on the form 507's,
And intend to show that by using their own announcements.

Also How many of these companies owed money are owned by Directors?

Did they ever achieve any of milestones to actually be entitled to this money?

(Answer is no, they never met any of the milestones,
And the debts were created to essentially strip the company of its assets,
By deceiving shareholders IMO)

For seven years (from memory) the company only traded with promises of funding from SGC
I am fairly sure as FOY they were supposed to have acquired some sites also....

Certain milestones were supposed to be met when they essentially stole the IP,
Shareholders were told they would be quickly getting many sites up and running,
And much more.
None of this ever occurred,
So IMO they are not entitled to the IP and other monies as they never completed,
ANY of the Milestones promised.

It was just another case of the Directors stripping the Co.
And putting it into another Co. they owns name.
