To me it seems not using their funding was a deliberate,
And calculated action.

Misleading also was the promise of quick development of many sites,
Around the World in quick succession.

Will be interesting to see if KMPG can see it for what it is,
As sift through the huge amount of paperwork required to track down,'
Where all the money went.

Looks like many milestones were not met so some deals with other Co's they own,
Should have been cancelled.

Also will be interesting to find out where all the assets went....
