There is the major issue of whether the UK will get a negotiated Brexit deal in the remaining 4 weeks of the year. If they do, there should be a bit of a jump in the price, but until or if that happens, it will weigh on most UK bank shares. I really hope/think they will get some kind of deal, so have added some more to my holding.
