I would have to agree, this company has treaded water for so long now, its bordering on ridiculous.
The company has a MC of $26.86m, yet we seem to be paying salaries, more inline with a $200m company.
Reality is, there's only two ways to improve the bottom line, more sales, these have to be significant though, to allow for scaling up. Or secondly, reduce costs!
Perhaps, it's timely to further streamline operating costs, starting at the top and right down through the office, to see what roles can be consolidated.
Definitely, a salary freeze is required and no bonuses paid.
Automation, if not utilised, has to be a serious consideration.
