    Yeah, why announce a buyback without giving the market any info on why...nor starting the actual purchase of shares?
    I'm unfamiliar with reasons why this may be justified, so it just seems like a pointless exercise for me.

    Have you been in contact with management?
    I had a quick look for a means of communication but was left scratching my head.
