    I don't recall reading anything about this either, but then again I don't believe they have to issue advice in relation to this as it falls within ASIC (?) guidelines in relation to buy backs and capital raising.
    If the buy back is successful, then all things being equal, the share price should move above $3.00.
    But this is the sharemarket and who knows what will happen.
