Yes your "token effort" description is probably a fair call, words in the back of my mind also.
Yet I welcome any very small steps on capital management and communications to the market though. The lack of such is probably why the stock trades cheap. Depends if you want to accumulate more or not also I guess. I thought I had the position size I want, now of course wish I got a bit more aggressive sub 50 cents.
