first these new directors come in saying how amazing they are & the old board is incompitent which many can agree the old board was incompitent so we thought we will give a new board a try, then they sell off every asset except the gold which they spin off so they can get more shares/options for themselves, then they do a ridiculous cheap placement claiming they want to do aquisitions etc... then they turn around & say hey we want to become a investment company as we are so amazing we cant get a mine going ourselves & if we are ainvestment company we can force our way onto more boards, so after diluting everyone at .25 now they want to do a on market buyback at higher then the recent placement price?, will now be watching with interest to see if BIV sell some stock out which would indicate what the buyback is really for , some nice insider trading prior to the buyback announcement sp has moved from .24 to .29.5
